Airtight Aerials was part of the recent $300 million MCEC expansion. We used dual operators to create unique and impressive aerial cinematography. This project demanded 110% focus as operating a drone indoors can be extremely difficult. Despite this, the final product exceeded all of our expectations.

We travelled to the Grampians and Victorias high country to meet unique individuals and find out their stories. We pushed the Inspire 2 drone to the limit and got some great results. The final product showcased some of Victorias most beautiful hidden gems.

GEAR WE USE
DJI INSPIRE 2
Airtight Aerials has been using the DJI Inspire 2 drone since its inception in early 2018. Over the years there has been many demanding situations that have required a drone that is portable, lightweight and produces high-quality imagery. Just some of these demanding situations include flying in unexpected strong winds, beyond visual line of sight and other extreme weather conditions.
The DJI Inspire 2 has successfully proven time and time again to be reliable, resilient and capable drone under the harshest of conditions.

Ultra-portable and quick to set up
The Inspire 2 has a slim, lightweight design that enables it to be carried and set up in minutes.
Quick Change batteries
The TB50 batteries are well suited for the Inspire 2 and can be swapped in just seconds.
Long Range Transmission
The Inspire 2 can has an incredible range of almost 7km. This features enables it to be flown from a distance no matter how far away the subject.
Extended Flight Time
The flight time of the inspire 2 depends on many factors, however on average its about 20 minutes per flight.
GEAR WE USE
The DJI has brought all the features of a professional cinema grade camera and packed it into a lightweight and portable version weighing just 630 grams. This camera has a super 35 sensor which captures stunning details and really brings it into a league of its own.
